Replacement Directors Chair Covers - Back Only

There are NO standard sizes for Directors Chairs so you MUST SEND US your old directors chair back covers as templates - as these will be made specially to fit your chair.

Makeup Service - Please send us your old directors chair covers as templates ASAP.

• Please print a copy of your order confirmation email and include with your covers (do not send the wooden/plastic dowelling/rods) and send to: Deckchairstripes Ltd T/A The Stripes Company, Unit 1 Waverton Business Park, Saighton Lane, Waverton, Chester CH3 7PD UK
• ORDER CONFIRMATION: If you do not receive your order confirmation email please check your junk mail. If you still can't find it please just put a note stating you name, address and date of order and include with your covers - we will acknowledge receipt once we receive your template.
• POSTING TO US: We advise obtaining proof of posting from The Post Office and please ensure you have paid the correct postage  - we will acknowledge receipt once we receive your template.
• RETURNING OLD COVERS: If your back covers are precious and you need to retain them, please include a note with your templates if you would like us to return the originals, otherwise we will store for a short time (to ensure correct fit of your new covers) and then dispose of them in an ecological manner. We are mindful of keeping postage costs down and reducing our carbon footprint.
• TEMPLATES: You MUST send us your old directors chair cover backs as templates - without these we will not be able to process your order - There are many different variations in the size of directors chairs and we need to see the positioning of the seams. Even if you have ordered replacement covers from us before, we do not store the size information etc and you will still need to send your templates to us when re-ordering.
• DO NOT WASH your back covers before sending to us, as shrinkage may occur and therefore the correct size for your chair may be difficult to achieve. If you did wash, please check how they now fit before you send, and let us know if we need to make slightly bigger and by how much. However - we are unable to guarantee accuracy if the given measurements are incorrect.
• DIFFERENT SIZE TEMPLATES: If you have more than one chair and they are the same size - it is only necessary to send one back cover to us. If they are different sizes please send one of each ONLY - but clearly mark the quantity required on your templates.
• UNUSUAL COVERS: We are unable to make covers which are not similar to those pictured e.g. - with more than two eyelets, padded or unusual or different shapes.If your directors chairs are dissimilar to those pictured then it would be helpful to email your images for a quotation.We cannot replicate one piece SOU-WESTER chair covers as our fabrics are not wide enough, however we can make a back and seat (as pictured on this page) that will fit these chairs.
• MADE TO MEASURE SERVICE: Please allow 14 days from when we receive your directors chair covers. Please note: We are unable to refund on made up covers once they have been stitched and sent
• DAMAGED COVERS: Please do not send very split or broken back covers as we are unable to measure accurately
• CANVAS WIDTHS: As our Deckchair Canvas is 45cm wide we are restricted to that width. If the existing fabric on the seat of your directors chair is deeper (front to back) than 45 cms, a few centimetres more of the wooden supports will be on display front and back. This does not compromise the safety of the chair and is barely noticeable. For director chairs with a one piece cover ( ie SOU-WESTER chairs) we are unable to replicate exactly as we are restricted to a width of 45cm. Your new covers will be in two parts, a back cover and seat cover - Please email us before proceeding with your order if you have any questions.
• HABITAT  DIRECTORS CHAIR BACK COVERS: We can make replacement backs for Habitat Directors Chairs (Illustrated is one of our frames on the left, and a Habitat directors chair on the right covered in our deckchair canvas)
• THE STRIPES COMPANY BRAND CHAIRS: If the covers are for a directors chair purchased from us in the past you may not need to send your old covers - please email once you have purchased to let us know
• EXPRESS DELIVERY IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR REPLACEMENT DIRECTORS CHAIR BACK ONLY COVERS

We reserve the right to refund/cancel your order under the following circumstances:

• You are unable to/don't send us your existing directors chair cover/covers as templates
• If when we receive them they are not a model we can remake (see above, always send images if you are unsure)
