The Stripes Company was built on fabric: specifically, on the bold, beautiful, yarn-dyed woven stripes that have defined the British seaside aesthetic for over a century. More than 17 years on, our fabric range has grown into the most comprehensive collection of striped fabrics available in the UK, covering every weight, every width, and every application you can think of.

At the core of the range is our deckchair canvas: 45cm wide, 100% cotton, woven in the traditional way that gives each stripe its depth and clarity. Available in classic, vintage, and modern colourways, it's the fabric that started everything and remains the most popular in the range. Alongside it sits our interior stripe fabrics: 150cm wide cotton and linen weaves in a huge range of colourways, suitable for curtains, blinds, upholstery, cushions, throws, and any other soft furnishing project you care to take on.

For outdoor projects, we stock Agora fabric: 160cm wide, water-resistant, stain-resistant, and UV-resistant, designed for use in situations where a natural cotton simply wouldn't hold up. For those who want something finer and more textural, our linen stripe and ticking fabrics offer a more refined aesthetic without losing the boldness of stripe. And coordinating cotton velvets in rich, jewel-bright colours sit alongside the stripe fabrics for projects where you want to mix pattern with plain.
