However, we understand that sometimes an item does not suit, or you may have ordered the incorrect size. We state all measurements clearly on the website.

If for any reason you wish to return an item, simply return it to the address listed on the website, see the contact page, in the original packaging with a covering letter or your order number. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

We operate a no quibble returns policy and will refund the cost of the goods, excluding the original postage price. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions, Sections 13 and 14.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund cut lengths of fabric. This is why we offer a free swatch service so you can check colours and quality before ordering. We only charge a minimum postage cost for swatches, which is refundable when you place an order. A voucher code is sent with your swatches to redeem the postage charge, unless a free delivery offer applies.
