To check if any of the postage charges below apply, please place goods in your basket and applicable charges will be applied automatically.

All orders of £25 and under have a delivery charge of £4.95, unless the package weighs 500g or more, in which case it moves into the next category. Orders containing between 1 and 5 swatches are charged £3.95, refundable when you place an order. Orders containing between 6 and 8 swatches are charged £4.95, also refundable when you place an order.

All orders over £25 and under £65 have a delivery charge of £5.95 before any offer deductions or discounts, unless the package weighs 1.2kg or more.

Orders of £65 and above, or orders weighing over 2kg, are sent by courier and have a delivery charge of £7.95 including VAT.

You will only be charged this once regardless of how many items are in your order, unless the weight falls into the larger item category.

Larger orders weighing between 6kg and 10kg have a delivery charge of £15.25. Orders weighing between 11kg and 20kg have a delivery charge of £18.50.

Goods will be dispatched once full payment has been received.

You may choose a different delivery address at checkout, which can be useful if you are out during the day. We can deliver to a workplace or neighbour.

Express Delivery

Not all products are available for Express Delivery. Please read the information below carefully.

You can add Express Delivery during checkout, or where instructed on a product page. For made to order items, adding Express Delivery allows us to try to expedite your order and provide a shorter expected delivery time, usually 4 to 6 working days rather than 7 to 14 working days, or longer during busy periods.

This applies to made to order items including deckchairs, directors chairs, replacement director chair covers, replacement deckchair slings, some throws, and all cushions except seat pads. Please check individual product pages for details.

Fast track orders are welcomed by adding Express Delivery at checkout. This is shown as a surcharge on top of the standard delivery charge. The surcharge depends on weight for Express Delivery within 24 hours if received by 12pm Monday to Thursday for mainland UK addresses. Higher charges apply to Highlands and Islands.

Orders for Express Delivery received over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

Please note that courier services do not guarantee next day delivery to some areas including parts of Cornwall, Anglesey, and West Wales.

Non Mainland UK, Highlands and Islands Shipping Costs

Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands incurs higher courier charges. If your order qualifies for courier delivery, please call us on 01244 336387 or email us with your order requirements so we can confirm any additional postage costs.

Channel Islands Shipping Costs

Orders delivered to the Channel Islands, Guernsey, or Jersey will have any applicable VAT refunded after purchase, as it cannot be removed at checkout.

Orders under 2kg are delivered by Royal Mail. Orders of 2kg and above, including deckchairs, directors chairs, event stools, luggage racks, some cushions, and larger combined orders, are delivered by courier.

Approximate courier costs are £72.00 for 2kg to 10kg and £90.00 for 11kg to 20kg. Prices may change.

If additional shipping costs apply, we will notify you and send a PayPal invoice for any outstanding balance.

Northern Ireland and Isle of Man Shipping Costs

Please select the Northern Ireland option in the basket. Charges will be added automatically.

Europe and Republic of Ireland Shipping Costs

International Orders and Shipping Costs

We can ship worldwide outside the UK. Shipping costs are based on volumetric weight and may differ from those shown at checkout. Please email us for a quotation.

Europe and international orders placed on our UK site may be charged an international supplement based on value and weight. For larger items, we may need to issue a PayPal request for additional shipping before dispatch.

Mainland UK Definition

Mainland UK includes postcodes in England, Wales, and Scotland, excluding Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, Western Scottish Isles, Orkney, Shetland Isles, and specified remote postcodes.

When a free delivery offer applies to mainland UK addresses, we may issue a PayPal invoice for delivery to excluded postcodes for parcels over 2kg.
